Cecilia Morelli is co-founder of luxury concept store Le Mill. She embarked on her career as a buyer at the luxury department store Bergdorf Goodman, where she worked with brands such as Prada, Chloé and Dries Van Noten.
After moving to Mumbai in 2007, Morellilent her expertise to Condé Nast India, supporting the publishing giant in launching local subsidiaries to Vogue and GQ. In 2011, Morelli and business partner Julie Leymarie co-founded the multi-brand store Le Mill in Mumbai, bringing labels like Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Alaïa, The Row and Loewe to India for the first time.
Together, the duo also runs a consulting agency specialising in brand strategy and emerging markets. Morelli is a graduate of Yale University and the London Business School.
