Longtime FIT President Joyce Brown to Step Down

The first woman and Black American president of The Fashion Institute of Technology, will bring to a close a 26-year tenure at the prominent fashion school.

Joyce Brown, the longtime president of The Fashion Institute of Technology, will resign from the college’s top post at the end of the 2024-2025 school year.
