Judge Rejects Kenvue Bid to Dismiss Lawsuit Over Tylenol Safety

A US judge rejected the personal care giant’s bid to dismiss a lawsuit accusing the company of failing to warn consumers that it may be unsafe for pregnant women to take Tylenol.
Kenvue owns a variety of well-known consumer health brands, including Neutrogena, Listerine, Johnson's, Band-Aid, and Aveeno.

A Texas judge on Thursday rejected Kenvue’s bid to dismiss a lawsuit by state Attorney General Ken Paxton accusing the company of failing to warn consumers that it may be unsafe for pregnant women to take Tylenol.
