Unilever India Acquires Indian Beauty Brand Minimalist

Hindustan Unilever, the India unit of the global personal care conglomerate, announced on Wednesday that it will acquire a majority stake in Minimalist, the Indian premium beauty brand. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
