Main Responsibilities:
  • Track sample development requests and ensure timely submission of lab dips, strike offs, and samples;
  • Coordinate sample readiness for key milestones and review meetings;
  • Follow up on fit and pre-production samples and ensure comments are shared within established timelines;
  • Monitor development timelines against delivery schedules and escalate potential risks;
  • Ensure supplier adherence to company requirements and development processes;

  • Prepare clear development and production status updates for review meetings and support specialists as needed.

Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in Import/Production (apparel industry);

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word);
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required for daily communication with suppliers, employees, and stakeholders, both within and outside of Quebec.

At GDI, you will be part of a growing organization that understands the importance of investing in people and offers you:
  • A comprehensive compensation package that includes performance-driven bonuses;
  • A group retirement savings program with employer matching;
  • Flexible group insurance with personalized coverage that meets your needs;
  • An employee discount at Garage and Dynamite;
  • Exclusive private sample sales;
  • A flexible vacation policy;
  • And more!
