Estimated Salary Range: $135,000–$155,000
Roxanne Assoulin is looking for a creative, highly organized marketing leader to help shape how the brand shows up in the world. This role sits at the center of brand storytelling — guiding everything from campaign concepts and photoshoots to social content, creator partnerships, collaborations, and press moments. You’ll work closely with founder and the leadership team to bring each season, product drop, and collaboration to life in a way that feels joyful, visually exciting, and unmistakably Roxanne Assoulin. We’re looking for someone who understands that great brand marketing is equal parts creative instinct, strong organization, and cultural awareness.
What You’ll Do
Brand Storytelling & Campaigns

Help shape the stories behind each season, collection, and product drop.

Partner closely with founder, design, merchandising, and e-commerce to translate product into compelling marketing moments.

Ensure the brand voice remains consistent across every touchpoint, including:

social media

email marketing

website content
-
collaborations

press and editorial opportunities

Support seasonal marketing planning and help organize campaign timing across launches throughout the year.
Photoshoots & Visual Content

Lead the creative planning and execution of brand photoshoots across e-commerce, social, and editorial content.

Develop creative briefs, shot lists, casting direction, and shoot timelines.

Work closely with photographers, stylists, and production partners to create imagery that reflects the playful and colorful Roxanne Assoulin aesthetic.

Be present and hands-on during shoot days to guide creative direction and ensure the final output feels right for the brand.

Oversee post-production and final asset selection for marketing and e-commerce use.
Creators & Influencer Partnerships

Guide the brand’s approach to creator and influencer partnerships.

Identify creators, stylists, and tastemakers who naturally embody the spirit of Roxanne Assoulin.

Oversee influencer seeding programs and collaborate with agencies and internal teams on campaign partnerships.

Support the development of creator relationships that introduce the brand to new audiences in an authentic way.
Social Media

Help shape the brand’s storytelling across social platforms.

Partner with the social team on weekly and monthly content planning and creative direction.

Provide guidance on content ideas, video concepts, product storytelling, and campaign moments.

Review key content and ensure everything reflects the brand’s voice and visual identity.

Use performance insights to refine and strengthen social storytelling over time.
Collaborations & Special Projects

Work closely with design, merchandising, and leadership to bring collaborations and special projects to market.

Help develop the campaign story and marketing approach around each collaboration.

Ensure teams are aligned on launch timing, content needs, and campaign messaging.
Press & Brand Visibility

Serve as the primary partner to the brand’s PR agency.

Help shape the brand stories we share with editors, stylists, and press.

Support press opportunities around launches, collaborations, and key brand moments.

Review press materials and ensure they reflect the voice and personality of Roxanne Assoulin.

A successful Director of Brand Marketing will:

Establish a clear rhythm for campaign planning and product launches across the year.

Lead and execute several high-quality photoshoots that strengthen the visual world of the brand.

Bring stronger organization and clarity to content planning across social, campaigns, and launches.

Develop thoughtful creator partnerships and influencer relationships that feel authentic to the brand.

Build strong collaboration with Roxanne and internal teams to translate creative ideas into polished marketing moments.

Who You Are
-
7+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or content leadership within fashion, lifestyle, or creative brands
-
Strong experience developing campaigns, photoshoots, and creative marketing moments
-
Thrives working in a founder-led environment where creativity moves quickly and ideas evolve fast
-
Deep understanding of visual storytelling and brand identity
-
Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple launches and projects at once
-
Strong creative instincts with excellent attention to detail
-
A thoughtful communicator who can refine messaging without losing personality
