About this team
The CRM team at lululemon APAC is focused on deepening guest relationships and driving long-term retention through personalized, data-driven engagement. Our mandate is to design and execute scalable lifecycle campaigns that resonate across diverse markets in the region. By leveraging marketing automation and content personalization, we aim to deliver meaningful experiences at every touchpoint. This role plays a critical part in enhancing team efficiency, enabling smarter segmentation, and ensuring our CRM strategies are both locally relevant and regionally adaptable.

About this team

A day in the life
- Own and lead the APAC guest communication channel, shaping strategy, optimization, and long-term roadmap across all markets.
- Provide strategic direction and creative leadership for email communications, ensuring content reflects brand voice, product expertise, and regional customer insights.
- Lead and mentor one junior team member, guiding day‑to‑day execution, QA, and operational excellence.
- Oversee end‑to‑end campaign management - segmentation, setup, testing, deployment, and reporting - ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency across markets.
- Review, challenge, and refine creative assets and copy from internal teams to maintain high brand standards and compelling storytelling.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Brand, Retail, Digital, Regional Markets) to align business goals with CRM opportunities.
- Lead email performance analytics:
- Monitor KPIs, engagement trends, segment performance
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations
- Identify gaps in customer journeys and propose optimizations
- Utilize CDP data, intelligence tools, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to build targeted, personalized journeys that drive retention and conversion.
- Ensure high-quality output through strong QA processes and continuous improvement of operational workflows.
- Support planning and delivery of key APAC CRM initiatives, ensuring projects land on time and with impact.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of CRM or lifecycle marketing experience; retail or multi‑market regional experience preferred. C andidates with less experience will also be considered.
- Hands-on experience with CDP, analytics platforms, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar ESPs).
- Strong creative sensibility with the ability to evaluate and elevate copy, design, and storytelling.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Solid understanding of segmentation, personalization, automation, and A/B testing.
- Exceptionally organized with a high attention to detail; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines across markets.
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and proactively finds solutions.
- Independent, reliable, and comfortable leading initiatives from concept to execution.
- Collaborative, positive attitude with a sense of fun - serious about the work, but not about themselves.
