The Retail Brand Experience (RBE) team are the curators of our in-store brand and product experiences. The RBE team is a core function of the Brand organization, with a sharp focus on storytelling, visual merchandising, and overall store experience. This team brings to life global/ regional/ local marketing moments, impacting the retail channel performance while elevating guest experience and brand recognition.

About this team
The Retail Brand Experience (RBE) team are the curators of our in-store brand and product experiences. This team brings to life global/ regional/ local marketing moments, impacting the retail channel performance while elevating guest experience and brand recognition.
A day in the life
- Lead and develop the 365 & seasonal brand storytelling instore marketing journey with kit of parts for APAC
- Adapt Global ISM strategy and manage execution of all retail marketing (e.g. Window, signage, lightbox, poster, hoarding) including global, regional, and local campaigns and initiatives, in partnership with Brand.
- Create campaign store toolkits and lead the enrollment calls with store team to support seasonal product / brand campaign launch
- Brand screen content management
- Partner closely with VMS team, brand creative, store development teams and local brand teams to manage RBE calendar
- Manage external vendor relationships to support creative development & execution files creation
- Oversee the campaign budget for local VM team and provide guidance to Key City VM Leads in budget management & production details
- Provide RBE support for new store openings, event & popups
Qualifications:
- 8-10+ years of experience in Retail Brand Marketing or Visual Merchandising
- Undergraduate Degree in Brand Marketing, Communication or Visual Merchandising preferred
- Experience working in retail, apparel experience preferred
- Experience working with vendors and creative agencies, manage budget & deadlines
- Experience working cross functionally to deliver outputs
- Strong Graphic skills in Adobe Suite (AI, PS, Sketchup), 3D is a plus
- Video editing skills preferred
- Solid knowledge in Microsoft office and smartsheet
