What you can expect:

• Support in research and development for the Boss Camel Tailoring MPG (Suits, Jackets, Trouser & Coats) based on creative briefings from Concept Design and CFW, including preparation and handover of sketches, fabrics and ideas, as well as management and participation in fittings and collection deadlines
• Collaboration throughout the collection development process with Concept Design, Graphic Design, Product Management, Fabric Management, Collection Coordination, Pattern Design and Technical Product Development
• Preparation and follow-up of milestone meetings (internal and external)
• Research of trends and innovations as well as benchmark analysis of competitors
• Coordination of sampling and production of seasonal collections across the main product groups
• Ownership of Bill of Materials (BOMs) including creation, maintenance and alignment of material and component data throughout the development process
• Development, coordination and quality control of 3D renderings for the Digital Showroom

Your profile:

• An education in fashion design with a focus on menswear design
• First professional experience in a similar position in a premium or lifestyle international environment
• Strong sense of fashion and trends as well as conceptual and creative skills
• Organizational talent, assertiveness and good communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of Illustrator, PhotoShop and CLO 3D
• Fluent English skills
• Preferably knowledge of SAP/PLM
