Overview

The Senior Manager, Growth will lead transformative paid media and growth strategies to fuel direct-to-consumer growth. This role will drive strategy and performance across key paid channels, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest with a strong focus on profitable customer acquisition and scalable growth. The ideal candidate has deep experience in DTC/eCommerce performance marketing with a track record of scaling direct-to-consumer brands and knows how to turn data into clear growth strategies.

What You'll Do

Overall Channel Ownership & Growth
  • Drive performance marketing across paid digital channels with a focus on Google (Search, Shopping, PMax) and paid social.
  • Co-manage agency support and develop ongoing media spend strategies; implement key learnings.
  • Ensure channel alignment with broader brand goals and continuously improve channel effectiveness through creative testing, segmentation, and audience insights.
  • Drive profitable customer acquisition by managing KPIs such as CAC, LTV:CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, and revenue growth.
  • Manage paid media budgets and ensure spend aligns with company growth and profitability goals.
  • Identify growth opportunities through testing, experimentation, and new channel exploration.


Strategy & Execution
  • Translate performance data into actionable insights that improve channel efficiency and scale.
  • Build clear, concise reporting on channel performance, campaign outcomes, and budget pacing.
  • Monitor acquisition economics, ensuring performance meets targets for CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin.
  • Translate marketing data into strategic recommendations for channel investment and budget allocation across the funnel.
  • Create and manage structured testing roadmaps across audiences, creative, bidding strategies, and landing experience, as well as overall incrementality testing.


Collaboration & Leadership
  • Serve as the primary internal owner of paid acquisition strategy while partnering closely with our external media agency, and growth marketing teams.
  • Partner with analytics, finance, and leadership teams to align marketing performance with business profitability goals.
  • Communicate campaign results and strategic insights through clear, concise reporting and presentations.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, operations, and CX teams to ensure alignment on growth initiatives and launch plans.
  • Collaborate with the VP, Growth to identify, evaluate and prioritize new and emerging growth channels, partnerships, and technologies to accelerate brand momentum.


What We Are Looking For
  • 6+ years of experience in performance marketing at consumer product brands (especially in earlier stage or high-growth environments).
  • Experience managing $1M+/month in paid budgets and optimizing across platforms.
  • Expertise in DTC ecommerce growth with proven track record of owning and scaling digital revenue and improving CAC, LTV:CAC and MER.
  • Experience managing channels including META and Google.
  • Proficiency using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude Cowork) to improve speed, ideation, analysis, and experimentation.
