Join our New York creative team as an Art Director with an exceptional eye for quality. We’re looking for someone who leads with taste - someone who transforms concepts into elevated, design-forward executions across digital, print, and experiential channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual direction and design development for campaigns, brand identities, and multi-channel creative projects.

• Collaborate closely with In-house Stylists, Photographers, Videographers, Graphic Designers to lead and shape creative activities and projects.

• Oversee and mentor junior creatives, ensuring consistent quality and creativity across all deliverables.

• Translate briefs into strong conceptual directions that push boundaries while meeting client objectives.

• Direct photo and video shoots, ensuring visual cohesion and brand alignment.

• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to present concepts, articulate design rationale, and refine work based on feedback.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in an agency or in-house creative team environment.

• A standout portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking, design excellence, brand storytelling, and multi-channel campaign work.

• Strong understanding of digital design, social content, emerging platforms, and current visual trends.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite • Confident communicator with strong leadership and presentation skills

Salary - $130,000-$140,000
