Overview

FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS | FROM APRIL

We are looking for an engaged and passionate People Digital Communications & Engagement Intern to join our People & Organization team at the Global Headquarters in Milan, Italy.

Your Impact

Main Activities:

• Supporting the creation of content to communicate employee engagement programs, from a storytelling perspective
• Design and creation of digital contents (newsletter, advertising materials, content for enterprice social networks, etc)
• Coordination of institutional communication channels
• Helping the team to deploy engagement and people care activities

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Italian
• Good use of Design Tools (InDesign, Adobe Premier, Photoshop) and a strong interest in digital areas
• Creative and digital communication background
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with a passion for writing and storytelling
• Dynamic, problem-solving, proven team worker and collaborative work relationship, organizational and timing skills.
