Position

As a Senior Retail Performance & Operations Executive, you will play a key role in elevating boutique excellence across South Asia.

You will drive operational efficiency, strengthen retail processes, and champion the consistent adoption of retail performance standards across the markets. Through data, insights and best practices, you will work closely with the boutiques to deliver exceptional performance and client experiences.

Job responsibilities

Retail Operations
  • Drive Retail Excellence initiatives, ensuring strong execution of 5S, transfers, inventory counts, app integrations and the Retail Excellence certification grid across all markets
  • Manage key operational tools and projects (e.g. stocktake devices, auto-replenishment packaging, replenishment tools etc), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper usage
  • Maintain and update operational processes and dashboards, keeping them aligned with central guidelines
  • Improve operational processes and workflows, aligning with Regional and Central standards and supporting stores in day-to-day execution
  • Partner with markets to provide guidance, follow-up, and operational support.

Retail Performance
  • Lead and maintain the Traffic Counting development across all markets, ensuring high data accuracy, strong follow-up, and timely submission of results
  • Own and lead all retail performance reporting, including Traffic Counting and KPI tracking, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights
  • Manage the Data Universe ecosystem, ensuring alignment, proper usage, clear documentation, and continuous improvement
  • Support markets through training, guidance, and follow-up to strengthen data quality and performance tracking


Profile

  • Minimum 3-5 years work experience in retail operations, retail performance, business coordination, or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of boutique operations and retail KPIs
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of accuracy
  • Clear communication skills, able to influence at a distance
  • Self-disciplined, ability to work independently with high accountability
