Position Overview
We are looking for communication associate for maternity cover (temporary contract). The scope of the role is within the logistics operations, with focus on communication materials for internal and external stakeholders. The comunication associate is responsible for developing reports and communications in the form of emails, slides, presentations, videos, that will drive management decisions and support conversations and needs at all levels of the organization:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Ø Develop and deliver communication materials aimed at supporting logistics management and cross-functional stakeholders Ø Translate high-level input and data into clear and well-structured content with strong visual impact, leveraging creativity and advanced PowerPoint skills Ø Support managers by transforming data into clear, compelling visual representations Ø Prepare detailed operational and financial reviews on key topics, ensuring clarity and accuracy Ø Work with Cross-Channel Manager to coordinate, track and follow up on dedicated logistics operations and initiatives

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Applicant must be a university graduate, must speak Italian and English, other languages would be advantageous. 6-12 months experience in a related role. Very good communication and creativity skills required, advanced knowledge of Power Point. Focus on details and at the same time ability to prioritize dynamically based on changing business requirements.
