As Executive Assistant to the President EMEA, you will provide high-level administrative support, ensuring efficient coordination of priorities and clear communication across the region. You will collaborate closely with teams across the organization, from creative to operational, supporting a complex agenda and key stakeholder interactions. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to build trust and operate effectively in a multicultural, international environment.

You will report directly to the President EMEA and play a vital role in supporting strategic decision-making, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring operational efficiency within the leadership agenda by:

WHAT YOU WILL DO
As Executive Assistant to the President EMEA, your main contribution will be to ensure the smooth coordination of executive priorities while enabling effective communication and collaboration across the region. You will report directly to the President EMEA and play a vital role in supporting strategic decision-making, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring operational efficiency within the leadership agenda by:
- Coordinate and support cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders across different departments, ensuring clear communication, alignment of priorities, and timely follow-up on key initiatives.
- Play a central supporting role across a multiple/different type of projects within the organization, developing a strong understanding of business priorities and providing thoughtful, proactive support to help advance initiatives aligned with the President's vision.
- Prepare and manage expense reports with accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the onboarding of new team members, contributing to a smooth and well-structured integration.
- Create, improve, and document organizational methods and internal processes to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare meeting materials and provide support during meetings with key customers and brand partners.
- Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring clear, professional, and timely communication both internally and externally.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in all interactions.
- Manage a variety of administrative responsibilities while contributing to the streamlining of business processes, combining operational efficiency with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to prioritize business needs.
- Remain adaptable and responsive within the fast-paced fashion environment, demonstrating agility in managing evolving tasks and priorities while consistently exceeding expectations.
- Manage and optimize the Executive President EMEA's calendar, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones and ensuring smooth planning of priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including itineraries, accommodation, and all related logistics.

Specific personal qualities for this role:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in an executive assistant or similar support role.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are considered a plus.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Highly proactive, autonomous, and able to anticipate needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
